Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing, the order is sent for shipping as soon as possible. For standard orders, expect a shipping time of 5-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, then please cooperate with us. The shipping time will be extended to 7-8 business days. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Fablite sends a proper confirmation message to your registered email or phone number if you have ordered from the Fablite website. The confirmatory message will include your order details, address, and tracking details. You can track your order through your account.


Fablite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive any damaged product, please contact the customer support team to directly resolve the issue. You might have to contact the shipping company as well. Do not throw any packaging cover, tags, and bills, as you might have to return everything.

Return Policy

In case you want to return the delivered product, you have to apply for the return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product has to be returned in its original packaging. Once the product reaches Fablite’s premises, it will be examined for its condition, and accordingly, your return request will be processed. Once accepted, your refund will be initiated and will reach you in 3-5 working days.
