Fablite quickly processes your order within 24 hours mostly, but due to different transit stations, it takes around 5-7 days for the product to reach your doorstep.
Product can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in the original packing, with all the documents (invoice, warranty card, user manual etc). Upon acceptance of return (given the product is in good condition), Fablite will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Yes, if the product is returned within 7 days of delivery, you will get a refund for your order. If your return request is accepted by Fablite, your refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days of Fablite’s acceptance of the returned product.
You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days (after we have received our product back in the same condition we sent). Your refund will be initiated if the product is received in good condition, in the original packaging.
Yes, Fablite offers a 2 years replacement warranty under which you can exchange any damaged products and get a brand new product.
It’s very easy to exchange your product with Fablite:
- Notify Fablite of receipt of a damaged/defective/wrong product within 3 days of delivery.
- Products should be returned in original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes (if any), labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc.
- We advise you to properly pack the products to avoid damage during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and after verification check, the replaced product will be dispatched to you within 3-4 days from the day we have received it.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, but once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
